1. Subscription Billing

  • Basic and Pro plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or yearly.
  • Choosing yearly billing provides approximately 20% savings compared to monthly billing.
  • Payments are processed through secure global payment gateways (Stripe / Polar).

2. A la Carte Course Purchases

  • Individual premium (PAID) courses can be purchased separately for lifetime access without a subscription.
  • Active members receive exclusive purchase benefits:
    • Basic members: 50% discount
    • Pro members: Included with Unlimited Free Pass (no purchase needed)

3. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time from Account Settings under the Billing tab:
  • Instantly upgrade from Basic to Pro (prorated charges apply)
  • Switch billing cycles between monthly and yearly
  • Cancel auto-renewal before the next billing cycle

4. Invoices & Receipts

Receipts are emailed automatically after each payment. You can also download official PDF invoices directly from your Account Settings.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds adhere to our digital content policies outlined in our Terms of Service. If you encounter billing issues before consuming credits or course content, contact Support for prompt assistance.
