Workspace

The workspace relies on remote compilation. Check your network connection and reload the lesson. If it persists, try a different network or report it to support with the course and lesson name.
Make sure your code compiles without errors — a broken state can stop the preview from rendering. Use the AI Tutor to find the issue, then reload the preview.
Confirm GitHub is connected under Settings → Security → Connected social accounts. Reconnect if needed, then retry. See GitHub Sync.

Account & access

Check that your membership covers that course’s access type. Membership (MEMBER) courses require a paid membership (Basic and above).
Set your default under Settings → Profile → Language, or use the language switcher. Some specific courses may not be translated yet — the English version remains available.
Credits refresh monthly. For more, consider a higher plan — higher tiers also raise your monthly AI Import allowance (Basic 5, Pro 10, Creator unlimited).
