# AI Credits

> How credits are granted and consumed.

**AI Credits (CR)** are the currency for AI-powered features — primarily course
creation and AI import. They're separate from your
[membership](/en/platform/membership-tiers), which governs *course access*.

## Monthly grants

Every plan includes a monthly bundle of credits:

| Plan    | Monthly AI Credits |
| :------ | :----------------- |
| Free    | 500 CR             |
| Basic   | 2,000 CR           |
| Pro     | 4,000 CR           |
| Creator | 8,000 CR           |

## What consumes credits

AI generation features draw down credits, including:

* **AI Wizard / V4 Generator** — generating course outlines and lesson content.
* **AI Import** — converting files into lessons. Imports are granted as a monthly
  per-tier allowance (Free: none, Basic: 5, Pro: 10, Creator: unlimited).

  The learner-facing [AI Tutor](/en/learn/ai-tutor) is part of the learning
  experience — heavy *creation* features are what consume credits.

## Managing credits

You can view your current balance and usage in your account. If you need more than
your monthly bundle, higher plans grant larger bundles — see
[Membership & Credits](/en/get-started/membership-credits).
